Deciding to major in Real Estate Finance at The University of Alabama was easy for Linda Fleetwood. Real estate has always been a passion and interest of Linda’s since she was a little girl. However, when she graduated during the recession, she knew real estate was not the path for her at that time and began working at Enterprise and National Car Rental. During her almost 8 years at Enterprise, she was promoted 4 times in 4 years and worked her way to the Corporate Sales and Account Management Department. As a Sales Executive, she learned the importance of listening to her customers, asking the right questions to fully understand her client’s needs and wants, developed proactive solutions to ensure smooth transactions, all while providing exceptional customer service.
Linda has lived in the Metro Atlanta area for over 22 years and is especially familiar with Bartow, Cobb, Cherokee and Gwinnett County. Her passion for real estate is unfading. She knows each home and family has a story and has a strong desire to be a part of that story. Linda understands the importance of separating emotion from a sales transaction. She has your back and will tell you what is needed to ensure you are able to make the best decision for you and your family.
